Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator – this meditation group offers a supportive environment to practice meditation regularly in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The session gives you the opportunity to sit in stillness, in quiet, to reconnect with your body and breath and calm your mind.

There is much research supporting the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, among them:

  • Encouraging deep relaxation and feelings of peace
  • Focuses the mind and promotes sleep
  • Increased concentration
  • Enhances creativity and opens the mind to new ideas
  • A reduction in stress and anxiety
